The Caldwell Stock Report is a monthly electronic financial publication focused on providing information pertaining to the Caldwell Dividend Strategy.

The Caldwell Dividend Strategy is a stock investment system utilizing a combination of rigorous screening, fundamental and technical analyses considerations, and risk weighting. The investment objective of the strategy is to achieve total return from a combination of dividends and capital appreciation, while managing risk.

All stocks added to the strategy portfolio are dividend stocks and carry a minimum 2% dividend yield along with a targeted annualized total return in the 10-100% range. The total return performance goal for the strategy portfolio is 0-25% per year; actual results will vary.

The Caldwell Dividend Strategy was formally launched at the beginning of January, 2008.  Performance for the the full year 2008 exceeded the performance of the S&P 500 Index by a dramatic 15.1% in one of the worst years in stock market history.  Performance for the full year 2009 was a positive 19.5%, 4.0% behind the S&P 500 index, albeit with less risk.
